Xtock MOU with LYZE, Blockchain Based Investment Analysis Information Platform

Xtock, a blockchain based OTC market finance network platform, has signed a business agreement with LYZE, a blockchain based investment analysis information platform.

Due to the agreement made on 1st Aug, Xtock receives an accurate valuation of stocks based on data analysis technology based on LYZE’s blockchain. This is one step closer to the creation of a new stock exchange ecosystem aimed at producing and sharing real-time information and trading in transparent stocks.

LYZE Labs, a company that makes LYZE, provides a variety of statistical data and evaluation models related to cryptography based on its expertise in large-volume data analysis.

Since its founding, it has grown with the support of Foundation X, a global blockchain accelerator company.

In particular, Hwang Sung-jae co-founder of FoundationX, Ryu Jung-hee and Kwon Hyeong-pyo, partners of Foundation X, are all advisor to LYZE Labs Co., Ltd. to advise on blockchain technology development and business strategy.

Xtock, a blockchain based OTC market finance network platform launched for the first time in Asia, opened its teaser website on 1 Jan.

Xtock is in the process of preparing a real-time finance network, especially for investors and businesses, by providing blockchain based OTC token Xtock traders. They will provide liquidity and transparency by tokenizing the companies that have been proven through Korea and international artificial intelligence and credit rating agencies.

Xtock will begin its pre-sale on August 1 and plans to list Xtock this year. The first half of next year, Xtock plans to launch and start listing with partner companies on its ITO — Initial Token Offering exchange. It also plans to expand from Asia into global markets in the second half of next year.
